Step 2: Service Agreement
The Service Agreement, which includes my policies, will be emailed to you after our phone conversation. Please review the document, and if you agree, complete it and have it ready for our review during your complimentary in-home interview. Afterwards, we can determine whether to proceed.

To ensure I can accommodate your needs, prospective clients are asked to provide ample notice so we can complete the onboarding process. Established clients may have more flexibility and can sometimes schedule last-minute visits. Early notice is always appreciated to guarantee availability.
