Everytime we call, whether it is way in advance or somewhat last minute, she has been there for us. We have cats and have had many over the years and she has handled them and everything else beautifully. I am one of those people who have been using Carmelina's services almost since she opened in 1998. NEVER once has there been any kind of problem or negative issue in all those years. She is highly efficient and last time she was here, I remarked how I loved that she neatly sorted all our mail for us. So nice to come home and find everything organized. Carmelina has been taking care of our dog for the past year. She has known him since his young, chewing puppy phase. Our dog loves her. If he sees her at the dog park, he immediately runs over to greet her. Carmelina is incredibly reliable and very trustworthy and having her services was a comfort to us.
